Service Description

Join Joris Lechene, Lena Townsell, and Sheila Henson, as we collaborate, commiserate, educate and create a space for autistic ADHDers to thrive. This 8 week coaching group is for autistic ADHDers to get support from coaches and each other to find ways to navigate the world with confidence. No diagnoses are required, just a desire to learn and grow. We will incorporate traditional coaching and eduacation techniques with art therapy and play to help give you tools and perspectives that can help you to thrive.
